Northshore Sewer Upgrade

The Noosa Northshore campground had to keep operating while its sewer infrastructure was upgraded. RECOR procured and coordinated multiple construction contractors working within a small, constrained live site, sequencing the works to meet specific schedule deadlines without significantly reducing the facility's capacity to operate.

On a working site of this kind, the coordination is the project. The team managed the interfaces between contractors, the campground's day-to-day operations, and the upgrade programme so the sewer works progressed without taking the facility offline.

RECOR provided technical and construction support across the delivery of the sewer infrastructure upgrades. Project management, procurement management, and contract management were held under one team, with stakeholder management and on-site representation keeping the works aligned to Council's requirements throughout.

Site representation matters most on constrained live sites, where decisions need to be made in the moment without stopping the works. RECOR's presence on the ground gave Noosa Shire Council a single accountable point of contact from procurement through to handover.
