Lawnton Lakes Estate
Unitywater design and construction support services for the delivery of sewer and water reticulation across 313 residential lots at the Lawnton Lakes residential estate, engaged by the private developer through design and construction phases.

Designing for Unitywater compliance from the start
RECOR's scope covered the preparation, review, and coordination of design documentation to meet Unitywater's technical requirements, along with management of the approval process for a major water and sewer connection. On staged estate work, the water and sewer infrastructure is the bottleneck that holds everything else up if compliance isn't designed in from day one.
The team navigated Unitywater's audit and approval process to keep approvals moving without slowing down the build programme. Each design decision was checked against the relevant compliance pathway so the engineering moved with the planning, not behind it.
Certification services that hold up at handover
During construction, RECOR provided certification services including mandatory inspections, compliance assessments, and issue resolution in close collaboration with the contractor. Utility coordination, RFI responses, and as-constructed documentation all sat within the standing scope so certification was achievable on the original timeline, not the recovery one.
Combining design input with construction-phase oversight ensures the estate's water and sewer infrastructure was delivered to Unitywater standards and is fully compliant for long-term serviceability. That continuity, the same team across both phases, is where the value sits on subdivision work.
