Peregian Springs Development Precinct
RECOR delivered the foundational engineering for this $40 million Sunshine Coast mixed-use development with Bain Constructions. The project comprises four residential apartment buildings adjoining a commercial tavern space, spanning a total floor area of 1,590 square metres.

Foundational engineering for a Sunshine Coast precinct
RECOR provided integrated civil and structural engineering services for the Peregian Springs Mixed-Use Development, forming the foundational framework for a contemporary residential and commercial precinct. The project contributes to local amenity and supports a vibrant, connected lifestyle within a growing Sunshine Coast community.
Services included civil and structural engineering, stormwater design, and bulk earthworks design, along with planning and design of driveway and accessway layouts. The brief asked for engineering that could support distinct uses without compromising either.
Full structural design with LOD 200 coordination
The team delivered full structural design of all building elements and developed a detailed 3D Revit model at LOD 200 to support design coordination and project delivery. At LOD 200 the model is queryable by the build team from day one, with structural decisions visible and coordinated against the civil and services scopes at every stage.
Members of the RECOR team live on the Sunshine Coast. That local presence shows up in the work, from how the team coordinated with Bain Constructions on site to how the design responded to the regional character of the location.
